Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s)

If you own a tree that is covered by a Preservation Order or is located within a Conservation Area an application will have to be submitted to the Local Authority prior to any works being undertaken. Technical Tree Services can advise on these issues act as your agent by liaising with the planning authority and submit the application on your behalf.

We have dealt with over 350 applications to carry out work on trees with Tree Preservation orders on behalf of our customers. We have processed appox. 2000 tones of firewood in a single year.
